Refunds:

As soon as the customer reaches out to us for refund, we process immediate refunds for unutilized classes on a pro-rata basis,  it might take time for money to be credited to your account as per the processing time of the payment gateway and your bank SLA.

To claim refund, kindly follow the below procedure:

1. Drop an email on: [email protected] with a subject “Online course refund | Registered email id”. (Please do not forget to provide the registered email id in the subject)
2. Give valid reason for the refund. [for our internal purpose only]
